About the Role

MongoDB's Dublin design team is hiring a UX Research intern to support the development of intuitive developer tools. You will run end-to-end research studies, synthesise findings, and share insights that directly influence product roadmaps.

What You'll Do

Plan and conduct qualitative research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys
Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams
Collaborate with designers and PMs on research prioritisation
Present research outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field
Hands-on experience with at least one research method (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Must be authorised to work in Ireland
